In the Calendar today, I added the birth and death dates for James Edward "Bud" Wilson and Bessie Emily Jackson (and their children except for Mattie Lou Wilson). I added the birth and death dates for James Houston Lewis and Mary Rebecca Brown.
Hello, and again apologies for the long time since an update. I have been working on verifying who Edwards Gurley's father was. Edwards and Mary Davis were the parents of Keziah Gurley, who married Henry "Judge" Sharp. I think I have conclusively identified Edwards' father as John Gurley. Some of the information I have says John is an Original Immigrant, but other information says he was born in Virginia and his father (I have seen his father listed as both George Gurley, Sr. and also Joseph Gurley - I have no idea which is correct at this time). I have written a 52-page document on what I have found out about the John Gurley family (RD-022-01). If you are looking for the RD-020 and RD-021 documents, they are still under development.

This site has a lot of information on it! There are:
If you go up to the top of this webpage, you can see the 3 little bars on the top left. If you click on these 3 bars, you will see every page that is on the website. There are pages for Stories, for Family Tree Documents, for Research Documents, and Sources (many pages of Sources!). So you can go to whatever page you want from there. The Stories Pages might be a good place to start, then if you want to dive in deeper on a family or person, you can go to the Family Tree document or others. Just keep digging down!
